Ingredients
4 | trout |
4 sprigs | of fresh thyme |
4 sprigs | of large-leaf parsley |
2 | leek leaves |
1 | lemon, salt, ground pepper |
150 g | of butter |
2 tablespoons | of smooth flour |
Procedure
- Clean and dry the trout then salt and pepper the inner cavity.
- Wash the fresh herbs under running water, dry them and tie them into the leek which is then placed inside the trout with a slice of butter. Sprinkle flour over the trout prepared in this way.
- Preheat the grill to 220°C (SEAR position), heat the remainder of the butter and grill the trout on both sides until golden brown.
- Salt and pepper only at the end after grilling.
