- Cut the onion into noodles. Cut the eat into approx. 4-cm cubes. Place the meat into the pot, leaving the lid open and set the FRY program. Braise the meat so that it seals up and remains juicy. Take the meat out and fry some onion in the pot.
- Then put the meat back in, stir together, cover with flour and add the tomato purée and sour cream. Again stir everything together. Then close the lid of the pot and set 10 minutes on the FRY program. Stir while frying.
- Then season with salt to taste, add pepper and bay leaf, close the lid and in the MULTI CHEF program (Custom settings) set time to 20 minutes and temperature to 100 °C.
- We recommend serving Stroganov with boiled pasta, and it can be sprinkled with sesame seeds and herbs.
