Ingredients for the dough
150 g hot chocolate
140 g softened butter
2 eggs
3 large tablespoons caster sugar
2 large tablespoons smooth flour
1/ 2 spoon vanilla sugar
silicone moulds
Ingredients for the topping
125 g cream
50 g hot chocolate


  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Break the hot chocolate into pieces and together with the butter, put it into the pot.
  • Add 2 egg yolks, flour and vanilla sugar. In the FRY program, heat and stir this mixture until it thickens.
  • Close the lid of the pot and set the STEW program to 15 minutes.
  • Whip the egg whites with sugar into a thick foam and then carefully mix it into the chocolate mix.
  • Grease the silicone moulds with butter and use a spoon to fill them with dough. Place the moulds into the pot, close the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 30 minutes.
  • In a water bath, heat up the cream and dissolve it in the hot chocolate.
  • When they are baked, carefully remove the mould from the pot and allow them to cool down, then tip them out on to a plate. Serve with the chocolate topping.
