Ingredients

140 g | softened butter |

3 large tablespoons | caster sugar |
2 large tablespoons | smooth flour |
1/ 2 spoon | vanilla sugar |

125 g | cream |
50 g | hot chocolate |
Procedure
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Break the hot chocolate into pieces and together with the butter, put it into the pot.
- Add 2 egg yolks, flour and vanilla sugar. In the FRY program, heat and stir this mixture until it thickens.
- Close the lid of the pot and set the STEW program to 15 minutes.
- Whip the egg whites with sugar into a thick foam and then carefully mix it into the chocolate mix.
- Grease the silicone moulds with butter and use a spoon to fill them with dough. Place the moulds into the pot, close the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 30 minutes.
- In a water bath, heat up the cream and dissolve it in the hot chocolate.
- When they are baked, carefully remove the mould from the pot and allow them to cool down, then tip them out on to a plate. Serve with the chocolate topping.
