Grilled neck of pork
with homemade ginger butter and fresh thyme"

|130 gr|| of butter|
|pinch of||salt, freshly ground pepper|
|pinch of||fresh ginger to taste|
|pinch of||fresh thyme|
- Slice the neck of pork to the weight you desire. Allow to come to room temperature and then grill on a hot grill at 180°C on each side for approx. 4 minutes.
- Take the meat off the grill, salt and pepper. Place softened butter in a bowl, add finely grated clean ginger, chopped fresh thyme, salt, freshly ground pepper and mix. Spread this seasoned butter on to the neck of pork steak.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or with mashed potatoes, grilled mushrooms
