|150 g || of butter|
|2 tablespoons || of smooth flour|
- Clean and dry the trout then salt and pepper the inner cavity.
- Wash the fresh herbs under running water, dry them and tie them into the leek which is then placed inside the trout with a slice of butter. Sprinkle flour over the trout prepared in this way.
- Preheat the grill to 220°C (SEAR position), heat the remainder of the butter and grill the trout on both sides until golden brown.
- Salt and pepper only at the end after grilling.
