|600 g|| of ground pork|
|120 g|| of feta cheese|
|4 egg|| yolks|
|15 ml|| of virgin olive oil|
|salt, freshly ground pepper|
|juice from one fresh lemon|
|1 || firm eggplant|
|3 || cloves of Czech garlic|
- Place the meat in a bowl, add salt, freshly ground pepper, cheese, yolks, part of the olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic and mix everything together.
- Attention: do not whip the mixture, just bond it carefully. Leave the meat to rest at room temperature for 1/2 an hour. Wash the eggplant, dry it and slice into thin 2mm slices. Spread the eggplant slices and sprinkle with olive oil, pepper slightly and place the seasoned meat into the marinated slices.
- Wrap the meat and grill on both sides for approx. 4 minutes.
- Serve with fresh vegetables and a crunchy warm baguette.
