520 g veal
80 g butter
3 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons oil
2 parsley tops
2 egg yolks
ground black pepper
salt to taste


  • Grind or chop up the veal, add milk, melted butter, egg yolks, salt, pepper and thoroughly mix together to create the individual meatloaf steaks.
  • Place the meatloaf steaks into the pot and add oil. Close the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 20 minutes at a temperature of 130 °C.
  • These meatloaf steaks can be served with nut bread and fresh salad.
