520 g | veal |
80 g | butter |
3 tablespoons | milk |
4 tablespoons | oil |
2 | parsley tops |
2 | egg yolks |
| ground black pepper |
| salt to taste |
Procedure
- Grind or chop up the veal, add milk, melted butter, egg yolks, salt, pepper and thoroughly mix together to create the individual meatloaf steaks.
- Place the meatloaf steaks into the pot and add oil. Close the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 20 minutes at a temperature of 130 °C.
- These meatloaf steaks can be served with nut bread and fresh salad.
