Stuffed pork rolls

Ingredients
4 | slice of pork |
4 | slices of ham |
4 | slices of cheese |
| mushrooms cut into slices |
4 | sprigs of rosemary |
| ground black pepper |
| salt for seasoning |
1 | tablespoon of butter |
| mustard for spreading on slices |
1 | cup of milk cream |
Procedure
- Tap the pork slices, salt, pepper and coat with mustard. Then place a slice of ham, cheese, mushrooms and a sprig of rosemary on each pork slice. Roll the pork slice and tie using natural twine, or join the ends using a wooden toothpick.
- Open the lid, place a tablespoon of butter together with the rolls into the pot. Set the FRY program to a time of 5 minutes and roast the rolls to infuse the butter.
- Then open the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 35 minutes at a temperature of 120 °C. Take the meat out and prepare the sauce.
- The gravy can be used a juice for the meat or we can add in the cream and complete the cream sauce by setting the FRY program to 10 minutes.
