Stuffed pork rolls

Number of portions: 4
Cooking time: 50 min
Difficulty: Easy

4 slice of pork
4 slices of ham
4 slices of cheese
mushrooms cut into slices
4 sprigs of rosemary
ground black pepper
salt for seasoning
1 tablespoon of butter
mustard for spreading on slices
1 cup of milk cream

  • Tap the pork slices, salt, pepper and coat with mustard. Then place a slice of ham, cheese, mushrooms and a sprig of rosemary on each pork slice. Roll the pork slice and tie using natural twine, or join the ends using a wooden toothpick.
  • Open the lid, place a tablespoon of butter together with the rolls into the pot. Set the FRY program to a time of 5 minutes and roast the rolls to infuse the butter.
  • Then open the lid and set the OVEN program to a time of 35 minutes at a temperature of 120 °C. Take the meat out and prepare the sauce.
  • The gravy can be used a juice for the meat or we can add in the cream and complete the cream sauce by setting the FRY program to 10 minutes.
