Hokkaido pumpkins
crushed garlic
handful of raisins
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of quality oil


  • Chutney is ideal with cheeses, with grilled meats or simply spread on a crispy toast. It can be made practically from any type of fruit or vegetables, sweet or spicy according to taste. Cooking in your kettle SP 8010 with the cooking set may be slightly more time consuming, the program runs for two and a half hours, however, you will be rewarded for you patience by outstanding juicy flavour. 
  • Pour approximately 750 ml of water into the kettle, into the Glass Pot cut up tomatoes even with their peels and Hokkaido pumpkins approximately half and half, add some crushed garlic, finely ground ginger, a handful of raisins, a pinch of salt and two teaspoons of quality oil (olive, pumpkin). 
  • Put the cooking set into the kettle with the water and start the Chutney program. And then just enjoy the exotic delight on your plate.
